Brand new car. Really bummed out. I got stuck behind a dump truck that was shedding gravel on the expressway and it did this to a few spots on my hood. This spot looks to have chipped the paint down to the metal. If I don't get it fixed am I looking at future rust? What do?

Went to the ER because I couldn't swallow—was sent home with an antibiotic. Went to a different hospital and was admitted for several weeks because I had a stroke. Went to the ER a couple months later for abdominal pain. Was sent home with a diagnosis of "abdominal pain." Guess what happens next.
