Changed the handlebars, removed the fender. Looks and rides better in my opinion, but the front wheel alignment is off. It seems like the whole wheel is shifted to the right. Not sure how to fix it yet. When I ride the bike its doesnt feel off. Im gonna try loosening every thing again...

Imbedded nfc door tag into my phone case, door reader works, but gate reader refuses to read/open. When using the case only, the gate works. What can be interfering with the tag? I believe there is a haptic motor behind the tag location in the phone. Phone on or off doesnt change the outcome. Thanks
