Should I get a nose surgery and what can I improve, and can I get a rating from 1-10 [19 m]

How Can i debloat my face again I am fairly lean and is still bloated, I barely eat alot of salt and processed food, plus I drink alot of water. I used to be lean in the face but don’t know how to get it back please help.

Is it just that i am bloated in the face right now that makes me ugly? Bcs I cant stand the Way i look after I bulked up, and have considered getting my buccal fat removed. And my nose also ruins my face. Because I think I look ugly because of that.
