Hey California Posh Buyers; I encourage you to check out SB 478; The“Honest Pricing Law” a recently passed statute that a informative Posher pointed out to me that would appear to conflict with Poshmark's method of charging fees.
Is the phrasing of this claim even legal? I have yet to make a sale since the change where the fees collected by Poshmark are lower and don't think I'm the only one in that boat.
