I like this game but almost all of it is luck and bush camping. Maps should have less people

This issue occurs during the first session after starting the PC. About 15 minutes into any game, the frametimes spike significantly. But, if I restart the PC, the issue doesn't happen again unless I shut the PC off completely. This bug repeats every time the PC is powered on and used for gameplay
