I applied for student finance and tried to change my accommodation circumstances, I haven’t recieved an email confirming I’ve changed it and can’t find any number confirming it either, my application says “approved” and hasn’t made any notice of the change, please help?

Cat has been ‘gagging’ every so often but not actually throwing up anything, for a couple of days now also sighing afterwards. Seems perfectly fine otherwise, still eating, drinking etc. Any advice? (Video below)
