I think it was ultimately a good decision to kill off Dosu. Don’t get me wrong I loved Dosu the moment I first saw him, and he was easily my favorite during the Chūnin Exams. He was such a standout character. But if he hadn’t been killed, his storyline would likely have been sidelined.

Why do people downplay Kakashi by saying ‘he’s old,’ as if Jiraiya wasn’t out there dominating at 54? Anime consistently shows how superior senseis are, and I genuinely believe Kakashi is about to become a total badass, especially with his importance in the manga soon.

I think Sumire should follow a storyline similar to Lady Nagant’s, where she transitions into an anti-heroic vigilante. This would give her more importance and depth, especially since, at this point, her role feels underdeveloped and could benefit from a more impactful direction.
