One of the best and most overlooked versions of Harley has to be the 2017 Lego version. Jenny Slate was a great pick for her voice and I love how she and Joker actually had a healthy relationship, even if it wasn't romantic (Come on, you know he's in love with Batman.)

Can we all acknowledge that Movie Lego Batman is one of the strongest versions of Batman? He took down nearly all of his opps at the beginning of the 2017 film like it was nothing.

Bulletproof (1996) is one of Sandler's most underrated flicks. Great action, great chemistry between the leads, it's an exciting ride from beginning to end.

Gulliver's Travels (2010) is really bad. My brother and I liked it growing up mostly due to the "War" cover Black sang in the climax, but upon rewatching it, I see now that it's a really awful comedy and an even WORSE adaptation. Definitely one of Black's most mediocre features.

Next (2007) is the kind of sci-fi flick that needs to become popular again. Awesome premise, tight action scenes, a likable leading man (it's Nic Cage, what were you expecting?). I also love how the credits go in the opposite direction at the end and how it has one of the last Columbo appearances.

Science Fiction, or Speculative Fiction if you prefer. Fantasy too. Asimov, Bradbury, Clarke, Dick, Heinlein and other SF books. SF movies and TV shows. Fantasy stuff like Tolkien and Game of Thrones. Laser guns, space ships, and time travel. etc. Star Trek, Battlestar, Star Wars, etc.
Jumper (2008) is so friggin' cool. Hayden gave a great performance, the jumping effects were sick, and the action still holds up. Sucks that it went under the radar. Out of the many '00s/10s "super powers in reality" films that were made (Push, Chronicle, etc.), this one is one of my favs.

I loved The Sorcerer's Apprentice (2010) growing up and I still enjoy it now. Nic and Jay are an enjoyable duo, the effects have mostly aged well, and it's just really fun. I'm also glad they worked the actual short into the film. It's not amazing, but I'd still watch it over 90% of current Disney.

Disenchantment is officially the only animated Groening show to get a final season. Considering Futurama's nonstop revivals, we'll see how long THAT lasts.

This animated series from Matt Groening (The Simpsons, Futurama) follows the misadventures of a hard-drinking princess, her feisty elf companion and her personal demon. Netflix original.
Everyone knows Space Jam and Air Bud are the ultimate 90s live action kids movies, but what about the 80s? A lot of people would say E.T., Goonies, and The Neverending Story and they're right. I would also include Harry and the Hendersons.

Escape from Planet Earth and Planet 51 are two sci-fi animated flicks I wish more people talked about. Both have a lot of charm to them and many funny and memorable scenes. I especially love the bad guy in EFPE. Shatner did a good job voicing him and he gets a pretty badass suit towards the end.

The animation still looks decent, there are a lot of funny jokes, and the film has loads of charm to it. Dwayne was great as Chuck and Justin Long was a good foil to his antics. Modern Disney WISHES it could make a movie this fun and entertaining.

Whatever your thoughts are on the 2014 Hercules movie, can we all agree that the credits sequence at the end kicked SO much ass?
Welcome to r/GreekMythology - the subreddit about Myths, Legends, Stories, Epics and anything related to the rich mythology of the GreeksI love I, Robot with all my heart, but Susan Calvin has to be one of the dullest leads I've seen in a sci-fi flick. She's dumb, stubborn, and barely adds anything to the scene she's in. It doesn't help that Bridget's performance is pretty mediocre in a lot of scenes. Solid film, but she sucked.

I freaking love the Maniac Cop trilogy. Anyone else a fan?

For more than a decade /R/HORROR has been reddit.com's gateway to all things Horror: from movies & TV, to books & games. The Critters movies are ridiculous fun, but by far the best one in my opinion is Critters 2. It's twice the zaniness, twice the cast, and it had a silly but still entertaining climax. Also, one of the bounty hunters turns into a nearly naked woman and I didn't mind that at all.

Do many people enjoy Deep Impact (1998)? I've heard some people claim it's boring, but I like it. Young Elijah Wood and Morgan Freeman as the president? Yes, please. It may not make cry like Armageddon, but it's still a solid flick.

Battleship (2012) is AWESOME. Yeah, I said it. The one-liners are amazing, the boat action scenes rule, and the climax slaps HARD. If you can't get into a film that has navy veterans fixing a battleship to AC DC, there's something wrong with you. "Let's drop some lead on those mother... FIRE!!!!".

It may be generic and not make sense at times, but I still really enjoy Cowboys and Aliens (2011). I saw it in theaters with my brother and dad back in 2011 and I didn't enjoy that much. Now, I've come to appreciate it a lot more. It's got some really fun action scenes.

Starship Troopers (1997) RULES. Still one of the most entertaining satires ever put to film. Wish I saw it in theaters when it originally came out. Maybe it'll be re-released in 2027 for the 30th anniversary.

I'll be honest, when I imagined what Hong Kong Phooey's voice would be, I was NOT expecting it to be Scatman Crothers, aka the black guy from the Shining.

What's the general consensus on The Tomorrow War (2021)? I didn't really like it too much, but it didn't think it was garbage, either. They did waste the premise, though. Edge of Tomorrow is a WAY better sci-fi war film.
