This happened to me, but I tapered over about a month (from 7.5mg). I started sleeping poorly almost immediately after tapering and started having severe anxiety a few weeks in. My doctor switched me to Zoloft but also put me back on mirtazapine as needed. I'm currently back to taking it nightly.
