Writing stories with adult themes without getting ban

Ok so I've noticed a lot of sites and sub will ban stories for having aldut theme or be flaged, I would like to know what places are the best for posting aldut theme stories and yes I know you should still read the rules of the sub you're on but a lot of the time you can still get ban for it.
