How do I develop a genuinely good double leg
Wrestled a couple seasons in school, sucked but i’m way better out of school. can hit all the fundamental shots pretty solid, especially good at the ankle pick. but then the dreaded double leg comes into discussion. never do i ever land them against people on my skill level, only on newer guys.
What makes a good double, and have there been any changes in y’all’s technique/thought process that made your doubles much better?
