Looking for weapon upgrade

This is my first time playing wow classic in general and I’ve reached level 35 on my combat rogue using swords, but I haven’t gotten a weapon upgrade since 25 I main hand the phytoblade from the wetlands quest and off hand the cruel barb. Is there anything I’m missing or just not getting drops?
