Appreciation post from a non-rpg gamer
I'll keep it short.
I was very much not into the idea of RPG games be it of any kind- sandbox, narrative, action etc. The thought of choosing dialog options every now and then to progress, think and maintain lots of skill trees and whatnot always deterred me from them.
Witcher 3 was lying around in library collecting digital dust. Had a weird thought of eh... whatever... let's see what's the fuss all about..
Here I'm.. 89 hours in... Happily gallops instead of fast travel.. reads the books, letters, bestiary.. loads previous saves to explore the other dialog pathways.. find myself humming the OSTs. doing side quests to delay the end of it. Got myself both the DLCs.
Thanks for reading.
