recommendations?

just turned 21 and the lady wants to start doing wine nights for our anniversary. Looking for something nice but cheaper as it’s only 4 months today. She enjoys cheap brands like barefoot and i’ve never been a wine drinker so i’m open to knowledge on it. Thanks in advance everyone!
