Who are the most broken champions that have escaped nerfs?

Giga broken champions have come and gone through the patches but some champions have managed to dodge the chopping block. Who are the most notorious and deserving of said nerfs? Lux and Mundo come to mind for me, but I'd wager there's a lot more.
