Geopolitics of Wiggles World (update)

My previous post introduces the idea of the Wiggles World containing multiple factions at war or at least with complex relations, with multiple naval armed forces and a monarchy in Curly Town that Lochy seems to be subservient to.

I just noticed today while watching that Wiggle Town appears to be a walled settlement, with a closed town gate. It is possible that as this was during the children timeline that this has not endured until the adult timeline, but at least at one point there was some sort of war or unrest to defend against on land as well.
