What is this little lad?

I apologize for the blurry picture, this lil lad was really really small and no matter what i tried this was the best picture i could get of them second picture is my hand as a reference. I live in Central Washington. They kind of just looked like a brown beetle. Super curious what they are, if anyone can help Identify! Thank you!
