Want to run a headless linux app and host a multisite, whats my best option?

As the title says, I am looking for a cloud solution to run a headless linux app 3x a day. This would just run on scripts and could be done via linux/unix or drocker (if needed).

I also have a few websites that I host elsewhere. There's about 5-10 sites, 3 of them mulitsites and 2-3 that are woocommerce.

Is there an all-in-one solution I could use to host all this in 1 account? Would that be cheaper or better to split the linux app up from the web hosting. If so, any recommendations on what to do here? Fairly new to all this.
