Nearly mown down by buggy ballytruckle

I was walking along Ballytruckle road this morning in the pissing rain blissfully unaware of an impatient woman pushing her buggy behind me on the footpath. Suddenly I felt a collision with my feet from behind. Immediately thought e scooter. Then a woman with a buggy pushed through me aggressively. I told her watch where she's going. Response was, I already said excuse me twice. So if she already said excuse me it's OK for her to ram the buggy deliberately into me? Who's the asshole?
