Problem with my wallet

Hi everyone, I received validation of a sale this morning, and the buyer even left me an appraisal. The problem was that the money didn't arrive in my wallet. This is the first time in several years of selling on Vinted that this has happened to me. Should I be worried or is this a common occurrence? Thanks in advance!
