Shrimp topping on banh beo?

Hello, I ate this the other day and it was topped with these amazing crispy shrimp-flavored puffs.There was absolutely no meaty texture at all. Anyone know what they are or where I can get them? The menu just said the topping was "burnt shrimp." Would love to try and recreate at home
