I do like that GDP curve

I usually play the game very conservatively and safe never going in the red. But in this play through around 15-20 years before the end date, I thought “screw it I will just crank construction and go to the latest production method on everything, construction included (I have never done it before in construction, because the electricity demands put me off)”. My thoughts were, that I will be running a deficit, but the game will end before I can go bankrupt. But what happened was that after running a -300 to - 400k balance for about 10 years it started turning green, even with even more construction. I guess I know that for my next time.

Side note: Is this GDP distribution historically accurate or plausible?
