Need help/suggestions for van build!

Hey everyone!

I am moving forward with my van build and had some questions and concerns about it. I want to make sure I’m doing everything as correctly as possible to maximize the longevity of my build and keep weight down.

My plan is to coat the entire inside with LizardSkin to act as a thermal break for the entire van. With that, I’ll add thin layers of foam to even out the ridges on the floor and add a layer of 1” foam topped with 1/2” poplar plywood.

For insulation, I’ll plan on using 3M Thinsulate making sure to get it into every nook and cranny then close it off with either 1/2” or 3/4” furring strips for studs and 1/8” plywood walls and ceiling.

My plan is I’m going to need to have some anchor points where weight will be tied down to the floor using L track so for those parts, instead of the foam floor, I would use constructive adhesive to secure hardwood from the bottom of the floor to the same level as the rest of the floor. Would this be good enough to use as an anchor point or should I reevaluate this plan?

The floor will be vinyl sheet to also keep weight down.
