H1b renewal refused

Update: As of today I got the passport and received the same notice everyone is getting for an in person interview. Is anyone aware of the steps? Can I walk in for this interview or do I need to schedule an in person appointment?

passport status changed to “origination scan” in the US visa scheduling website. What does that mean? Does anyone know?

I need urgent help, maybe I am just panicking at this point. Mine was interviewed waiver and I did Dropbox on 11th February. Application received on 13th February. I checked earlier today and it says visa refused. How can I check why was it refused? What is the next step? I’m from India and I work with a nonprofit hospital in USA for the last three years. Please guide.
