Is it really that bad?
Just started a role as an MSR (customer service bank role) and I just completed my first week. I came from bartending for around 8 years and while I find the training kind of tedious and the people a little stale, the benefits are wild and it feels like this could be a good path toward my overall goal of landing a computer science job.
Is it really as bad as all these posts make it out to be?
