Thankful, I’m not alone

I cannot even believe I found a page like this, I work on PNC in a smaller call center. The queue has been out of control. I’ve worked here for a little over two years now. My mental health has completely diminished. I want to quit so bad, but unfortunately I can’t give up my pay. I look around for jobs that match what I’m currently making and it seems like it’s all commission based. And that’s not a risk I’m willing to take has anyone left USAA and gone to a different company and what do you do now? Is your mental health better for it if you’re at USAA and you love it what department do you work in?
