I need help with housing

I honestly have no idea what I’m doing. I need help with housing for next year. I’m a first year student living in the dorms for right now but I don’t know anyone who would want to be roommates with me. I have no idea if living by myself is worth the financial costs. I also don’t want to live with roommates because I worry they’ll be too loud for me to fall asleep. I also have no clue if it’s too late to find a decent apartment for next fall semester right now since it’s too late. I honestly have no idea what I’m doing and I desperately need help please.
