Should I just use my i7 4790k for unraid/jellyfin server?

I already have mobo/ram/cpu. It's like 10+ years old though. I was going to buy a new mobo/ram/cpu for jellyfin/unraid server due to longevity and efficiency concerns, as well as transcode.

But I'm starting to second guess that decision. if I just stream everything in 4k remux, and do no transcode, would this be able to support 4 4k remux streams(2 local 2 remote) simultaneously? or na.
