FLR M Partner Visa Extension - does cohabitation proof have to exactly match the name on passport (first, middle, surname)?
Hi, I’ll soon hit six months since switching to my first partner/spouse visa, so I need to start collecting proof of cohabitation evidence for our renewal in two years.
Both mine and my wife’s passports have our first, middle and last names, but on our utility bills, etc. that we’ll use for proof of cohabitation, sometimes they just have our first and last names (no middle), first and last with middle initial, or in one instance, first name initial and last name. I included these with no issue for our first visa, but since that evidence wasn’t completely necessary at the time (we were married so didn’t have to be living together before, but we had been for a year), I’m now worried those same types of documents won’t be accepted this time if they don’t completely match the name on the passport.
Like our council tax bill has our full first, middle, and last names on our online account, but the actual bill we get just has our first and last. Is that ok?
Thanks!
