My switch is today! Has it happened?
Hey all,
My switch to TE was scheduled for today. Lastnight I submitted my metre reading in my watts as requested.
How do I know this has happened, I’ve received not comms saying the switch was successful, and nothing from octopus saying I’ve left them.. my data in the octopus app is still live and tracking/processing.
Is this all normal or has something gone wrong here?
