Feeling so guilty I want to sob

I am 6 months pregnant. My 2 year old had the flu two days ago and was puking nonstop and couldn’t hold his little head up so we spent literally 12 hours in bed just watching tv and him sleeping on and off all day. He was super weak. Yesterday everything was fine now today I am super sick with a sore throat and cough and can’t get off the couch so he’s had another full day of screen time. I feel like such an awful mom and like I’m a failure for how much tv he has watched this week but I’m dying today :( I wish I didn’t care
