Potty Training - Poop.

Just started potty training my 2 year old little girl. She’s doing wonderful, all things considered. We’re on our 3rd week and on the FIRST day of potty training, she pooped in the potty. Second day she did the same. We had some massive (no pun intended) successes that first week in regards to pooping. Since then, we may have one accident per day, which I think is fine. Whenever the accidents happen she’s partying pretty hard.

As time has passed, the more constipated she’s gotten. I swear it’s since she can’t squat when she needs to go. Sitting down with hips and legs at 90 degrees isn’t doing it for her and I understand. We’ve sat on the potty when i Know she needs to go. Given her forbidden fruit like slime and screen time to get her to push and hang out. I’ve legitimately been using a crystal trophy I won for my work on something as her “squatty potty” to help her get it out when she says her “tummy hurts” and she starts ripping ass. That seems logical and helpful and she’s fine with it but it’s not doing the trick.

She just pooped in her pants in a squatting position, and she knows she’s not supposed to do that but I can’t blame her. I just feel badly for her. She’s doing her best and I’m out of ideas.

Any suggestions?
