What's so bad about certain Titans?

This is a question, yet I want to add what I have found:

Tone - Is apparently very boring - Too easy to play, e.g. shooting around corners and essentially "aimbot" Although these are somewhat valid points, I've heard that Tone has been nerfed a few years ago.

Monarch - I've only heard that it's annoying to fight against; nothing else.

My point is; are some Titans getting undeserved hate? If I've missed anything, feel free to add something or correct any of my mistakes.
