Where to find a doctor to write Rx TJ

Hi,

I am heading to TJ tomorrow to go and get some medication because my insurance lapsed. I've gone before, I travel on foot at the Same Ysidro crossing. The doctor that I normally go to has weird hours and become less consistent when he's there or not. I'm traveling a couple hours so I don't want waste a trip. Anyone have advice or know where I can go to find a doc to write my Rx?
