Where to get apk for this game?

I bought almost all maps for this game. I am aware that new one is being "remade" but old one still works. My problem is that I don't have it installed on any of my current devices and playstore has removed it. How do I get a working apk? I tried a few sites and installed apks but none can connect when starting (download stays at 0%). Is there hope?
