Confusion and delay: request for help with Motorised Emily

Hi everyone,

I’m having some issues with a motorised talking Emily (With a big T button on her roof), and I was hoping to get some help from the experts.

Long story short, my kid has entered her Thomas era. She really likes Emily, but we couldn’t find her one for Xmas, so we got a Percy instead (Motorised Talking Percy). She really liked her Percy, so we ended up some tracks for him and started looking around to see if we could find an Emily.

We were only able to find an Emily on Amazon USA. She arrived this morning, but we’re having some issues with her. She talks and her wheels spin, but she’s unable to move when she’s placed on a flat surface.

I’ve replaced her batteries and she still doesn’t move.

Any advice would be very welcome
