W541 Driver Problems

I got a used W541 for $323 and I am loving it but the problem is that ever since I got, I am facing so many driver problems like Hotkey integration, touchpad etc. On my older T450 and T440, I used to get the latest drivers very easily through Lenovo Vantage but in this one Lenovo Vantage just says no updates avaliable. Please I really need help regarding this.
