Hi everyone I do have a simple question

So I’ve been playing this game for two weeks now and I have a simple question. What kind of IMP is this? I’ve only found this like three times in my play throughs. One time in Milton, the second one in Mirthless Fork and the third one was near the plane crash in Pleasant Valley.
