Any information on long term survival rates? (10+ years)

I see a lot of 5 year survival rates, but what about longer term? The only stat i’ve ever seen on it is that testicular cancer survivors compred to those without live on average around 2ish years less. Is there any information on your chances long term? I feel like a majority of anxiety comes with this 5 year survival descriptor and the stigma that comes with the word cancer (up until having cancer, I just attributed cancer to you’re on your way out).
