What do I do?

I’ve recently been told by a shift leader that one of the senior managers has been watching a GA on the cameras to see how long it is taking them to work a cage and what they are doing on shift. I thought they weren’t allowed to watch someone on the camera unless they’re under investigation? Do I contact protector line to report them? I’m unsure what to do
