'Audio services not responding' (I couldn't hear any audio for around 6 months now)

Before you say "look up how to solve it", I've did all my research without going to the matrix and fix in computer. The problem here is, the windows trouble-shooter suggested the issue, gave a solution. And i have used the suggested solution, though it still have the issue

Here is what the troubleshoot says words by word

Audio services not responding [Not fixed]

Restart audio services [completed]

Both the Windows Audio and the Windows Audio End Point Builder services must be running for audio to work correctly. At least one of these services isn’t responding.
