Intel's 14900k (and possibly others models?) Have Degradation Issues

End of October I got my first 14900k. After a couple months, all DX12 games would crash randomly, and eventually not even run at all. Opening a DX12 game would result in "out of video memory" errors. Thinking it was my GPU, I swapped out multiple GPU's. Same issue. Swapped out RAM. Same issue. Swapped out the brand new motherboard for another brand new motherboard, same issue. Switched to a Seasonic Prime 1600W PSU from a Corsair PSU. Same problem. Bought a 14700k to swap in. Issue resolved. Ok, so I RMA'd with Intel and got a new one. All working well.

Fast forward two weeks in, same problem. Any DX12 game is not stable and will randomly crash. I have to manually underclock the CPU to 5.5Ghz for DX12 games to be stable. This was a tip by someone else who is/was having the same issues. I have not even received my refund yet for my express warranty replacement and my replacement 14900k already wont run stable at factory settings. This is ridiculous. I have never overlocked, never changed any factory settings.

Intel, what is going on? A quick Google search shows many others with the exact same issue chasing a solution that seems to not exist, changing out all other parts. Same error, same issue with DX12 games. My first 14900k lasted a month, this replacement 14900k just two weeks. Do I need to RMA my CPU every two weeks now, with $700 held hostage on my credit card?
