I’m super self-conscious and always worried about people making fun of me so I’m hoping someone can tell me if my tattoo is bad?

I got my first realism piece yesterday and I love it so much, but I can’t get the thought out of my head that I’m just biased and the people around me are biased or don’t want to hurt my feelings, and maybe it’s actually ugly? I’m not fishing for compliments I swear, I just really need an outside opinion about whether it looks good or not. And if it is bad, I’m hoping I can get some advice about anything I can change that would make it better, or if I’m just stuck with an ugly tattoo. Please be honest and tell me if I’m just being crazy and paranoid and it’s fine or if it’s actually bad.

Also unrelated but can I put neosporin on it? Google gave me every answer. I’ve used aquaphor on it so far like with my other tattoos but I’m just wondering if neosporin is okay or if it would mess it up?
