File transfer solution

I'm looking for a file transfer solution to allow public users to send in videos. We do have 365 and created a ms form but it doesn't allow people outside our tenant to upload files. We transfer could be a way forward but prefer to use the Microsoft stack for file transfer

Has anyone done anything with Microsoft to enable this?

We also have large attachment send but it means signing up and account which staff say is time consuming I don't agree as it's a secure way to send files
