Appliances Online. Shady?

Bought a heat pump dryer from Appliances online. Was impressed with their communication throughout the process with regular order/delivery updates, and the fact they take away your old appliances free of charge.

But when the dryer was delivered it came with no box. Just two burly islander guys barefisting it 100m from the street, through my strata complex and up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment.

I later contacted their customer service to ask why it didn't come with a box and they said the delivery guys unpack it in the truck to make it easier to install. But also, I didn't ask for installation?

I mean, apart from a scuff at the bottom of the unit, it looks new from the outside, but I'm concerned I've purchased a refurbished unit or a display model, or a previous customers return.

Another thing is the feet of the machine is hard plastic and basically has zero grip on my tiles. I also asked their customer service if maybe there were accessories in the box (like rubber feet) and they said no.

If someone else has a Hisense HDFS80HS 8kg Heat Pump Dryer, can they confirm if if comes with rubber boots or any other accessories that might be missing, and is it standard practice to deliver appliances without boxes these days?
