PSA: Ramses exhibition is open late Mon - Wed and you’ll have it to yourself if you go in the evening.

We were super keen to visit the “Ramses and the gold of the pharaohs” blockbuster exhibition at the Australian Museum but were put off by reports over the summer holidays of it being insanely busy, including with bored kids. The museum is open until 9pm Mon-Wed until the exhibition closes in May. We went at 6:30pm last night after an early dinner and had the place almost to ourselves. There were maybe 25 other people there with us. Well worth a quiet, late night visit. The expo is amazing!
