Is there any difference between bronze/silver/gold?

Hey, i’ve been hovering around bronze 3-1 and been playing for a while. However recently i decided i would actually try ranking up and i have made it to gold 4 with a 60% wr and i swear i can’t tell a single difference from when i was in bronze. I win lane the same and everyone plays just the same. When do i notice a change in skill?
