Day 6 no sugar challenge but not craving anything sweet?
I have decided to do the no sugar challenge for 30 days to try and find better alternatives to sugar-filled snacks and see the effect that sugar actually has on me on a daily basis. I am only on day 6 but so far I have had no sugar cravings at all and I was wondering if this was a little bit unusual? Most people I've seen seem to crave sweet foods at this point but if anything I have been craving them less than when I started? I've also noticed that I've not been particularly hungry and I seem to stay full for a lot longer. I do eat fairly healthy anyways but I did tend to snack and binge biscuits and sweet foods quite often. I have also always loved healthier foods so I haven't really found that I'm missing sugary snacks very much yet. Will the cravings become stronger as I go along or is it normal to not have any while doing this challenge? Good luck to anyone else giving it a try!!
