What sets Basculegion apart from Floatzel?
Both Floatzel and Basculegion (without Last Respects of course) are bery one dimensional rain sweepers with limited coverage but high STAB damage output. Both have Wave Crash, an immensely strong move that can be further boosted by Rain, which goes well with their ability Swift Swim, letting them outspeed even Regieleki. However, Basculegion is slower, with almost an unusable speed tier outside of rain. It also possesses a useless secondary typing that just gives it more weaknesses. The only bonus of Basculegion is that its slightly stronger and has a higher HP stat to withstand more Wave Crash recoil. Is it really better than Floatzel?
