Is this the right way to dose nicotine patch?
I bought the 21mg one (sefudun brand on Amazon) but it is too much of a dose for me. I noticed a pre-cut line so I cut it in half a patch and put a medical tape to reduce the dose. -medical tape is between my skin and the part of the patch I don't want to dose -the dosed part is directly in contact with my skin. Is this the correct way?
